Our incomparable Barnim Nature Park is located right on the outskirts of northern Berlin. A uniquely liveable patch dotted with natural treasures of all shapes and sizes. Spanning 750 sq km, Barnim Nature Park is a very popular place for recreation and relaxation, with many surprises in store for nature lovers visiting from near or far. 

This park is home to a number of protected animal species. Ospreys circle overhead, copper butterflies and bats glide in the wind, while beavers and otters diligently build their natural retreats. The vastness of the forest, meadow and water provides enough room for everyone to coexist peacefully – humans and animals in harmony with nature.
