Conditions of use for images from our photo database

The photos provided here by the municipality of Wandlitz may be downloaded free of charge and used for tourism advertising or media reports on the municipality of Wandlitz. The right extends to copying and sharing the photos, and making them accessible to the public in digital form as part of online publications. Usage of the image material requires that the copyright information applicable to each photo (photographer’s name) be included in accordance with the German Copyright Act.

Any further usage, particularly commercial (e.g. usage outside of tourist or media publications, usage to advertise products, advertising for tourist sites outside the municipality of Wandlitz etc.), requires separate, express, prior consent from the creator/photographer.

Usage on social platforms such as Facebook, Flickr, Vimeo, Instagram, Youtube or similar is generally not permitted.
